We're sorry to hear that you're not completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we're pleased to inform you that we offer a 10-day return policy for unused and unworn items, subject to the fulfillment of all terms and conditions. We value your satisfaction and are committed to making the return process as convenient and straightforward as possible. Please review the terms and conditions carefully to ensure eligibility for a hassle-free return experience.
To initiate a return, you can contact us at mehrfinejewellery@gmail.com or +91 8094888814. If your return request is accepted, please handover the package to the pick-up partner at the scheduled time within 10 working days after receiving the product.
Terms and Conditions
The return request will not be processed if any of the following criteria is not fulfilled.
Return Request has to be raised within 10 days from the delivery date.
The items should be unused with the original invoice, packaging and tags in place.
There should not be any scratches or deformities on the product.
If in case, there is an issue with the size of the product you received, you can initiate an exchange request for the same.
Items purchased using a credit note/offers/ discounts will not be eligible for a return.
Reasons related to colour difference in reference to photos will not be accepted under this policy.
Reasons related to little differences in stones will not be eligible for return as colour,texture or shade of stones may vary from product to product as each natural stone has its own unique form, in which its beauty lies.
We make every reasonable effort to ensure that our products are accurately displayed on the website. However, we take most of the photos in studio lighting with premium lenses. Having said that there might be slight changes in colour as it depends on monitor or phone screen resolution and colour settings.
Our products are handcrafted with love & care by gifted artisans, there may be slight differences in crafting each piece.
Most of our products are Made to Order and can be personalized to a great extent. We will be more than happy to walk through all details of the product including the measurements and scale of all products before you place an order.
If Mehr fine Jewellery is satisfied that the Product does not meet any one of the above criteria, we shall reserve the right to deny the return request of the Product.
Return Process:
STEP 1: Once you are sure you want to return the product, immediately send an email at mehrfinejewellery@gmail.com/ +91 8094888814 with your Order No. and Product details with your reason for returning the product(s). Please note all return requests need to be raised within 10 days of product delivery and all the above mandatory return criteria have to be met.
STEP 2: Our Customer Care team will revert on your Return request email and contact you within 24- 48 working hours. We will arrange a reverse pick up for the delivered product.
STEP 3: Please make sure that you have packed the return product very safely (use a Mehr Fine Jewellery’s Original packaging box, or some metal packaging box with sealed tapes) to prevent any loss or damage to the product during transit. Any product received damaged in transit will not be qualified for refund and will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
STEP 4: Hand over the parcel to our pick up agent.
NOTE: Please note that we currently do not offer free shipping on returns.
If reverse pick up is unavailable with a particular address, the customer has to use a courier which is available in their area and ship it. In such cases the customer has to bear the shipping charges.
The returned parcel will take 7 to 10 days to reach our warehouse. Your patience is highly appreciated. Once we receive the returned product(s), a quality check will be performed by our quality team. This is subject to the return having met all the above mentioned criteria.
If the returned product(s) meets all the criteria for, then we will initiate your refund within 2-5 business days of receiving the parcel.
